Arena Quads is part of Arena Pursuits Ltd, a Corporate Entertainment, Team Building and Outdoor Pursuits company based on 250 acres on the Kent/Sussex border, overlooking Bewl Water.
Arena Pursuits provide a wide range of activities including country pursuits such as archery, clay pigeon and laser clay shoots plus paintball games, motorised activities including quad biking, Honda Pilots, 4x4 off road driving, reverse steer vehicles, building and driving 2CVs, teambuilding events for corporate clients, schools and youth groups, as well as stag, hen and children's parties.
Arena Quads run junior Quad Biking events for children aged between 12-16, as well as the traditional Corporate, Social and Adult Groups. Depending on the riders’ height and weight, we use Kymco 90cc and 150cc bikes. All bikes have electric start and the gears are automatic.
 Junior Quad Biking events are ideal for Birthday Parties, Schools, Youth Clubs, Scout Groups and similar organisations.
Arena Pursuits is located near Flimwell in East Sussex (21 miles South of the M25). It is half a mile from the main London-Hastings road, and is within easy reach of London and all the major centres in Sussex, Surrey and Kent. The site is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty overlooking Bewl Water.
Supervision & Safety:
Arena Pursuits provides one instructor per five riders. Normally, the maximum number in a group is ten people for a two-hour party. Accompanying adults are welcome to make up the numbers if required.
After the initial introduction and briefing on the safe use and handling of the Quads, riders will be issued with helmets which must be worn. Riders will be taken out in groups of up to five to practice their riding skills around the parkland area and slalom. Once they have mastered these the instructor will take them out to ride around some of the 8 miles of private tracks and headlands. Groups will swap round every 10-15 minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If the total number of participants is 5 or less, riders will spend most of the time on the Quads with short breaks. Therefore the total time riding the bikes will be the same as with a larger group, but the allocated time for the group will be 1½ hours.
Clothing:
 All participants must wear sturdy footwear, warm, waterproof clothing, long trousers, long-sleeved tops and thin gloves. Bring a complete change of warm kit & footwear. THIS IS ESSENTIAL THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
Helmets:
Arena has a selection of helmets.
Food & Drink:
Participants can bring packed lunches, clearly marked, or use our barbecue facilities by prior arrangement. These facilities are free of charge, but can cooks please bring their own charcoal, food and cooking utensils! We can help you to light the barbecue. The event lasts for 2 hours and if you wish to eat afterwards please allow a maximum of 45 minutes extra for collection purposes.
We have unlimited fresh water for drinking so please refrain from bringing bottled water - you will significantly reduce the need for recycling and help save the planet too!

Group Sizes:
Maximum number is 10 for a 2-hour party. If numbers are larger, please call the office. If group numbers are less than 6, Arena reserves the right to add in additional riders up to the maximum of 10 per session.
Booking:
In order to book your Quad Party, please telephone the Office on 01580 879614 giving us:
- the date of the proposed event, and
- the number in the group
Once you have provisionally booked with Arena, please print out and complete the booking form and return it within 7 days enclosing £10 deposit per child by cheque, made out to ARENA PURSUITS LTD, and the name and telephone number of accompanying adult. The balance will then be collected on arrival/departure.

PLEASE NOTE:
 BBQS & PICNICS - Recycling the Recyclable - Removing the Rest
As always, we are happy to offer our visitors the use of the undercover BBQ and Picnic Area on the day of their event. However, we cannot cope with the enormous amount of rubbish which gets left after the parties - on busy weekends we can have up to 20 black bags to deal with.
We have bins on site to recycle glass, clean plastic bottles and aluminium cans. For everything else – PLEASE TAKE IT HOME!!
It is the responsibility of the parent/teacher to ensure that the picnic/barbecue area is cleared up after use. Party Poppers are not encouraged!
